Is this the same as the safe AI use service?
No, it is one piece of that service that can also be contracted on its own. The safe AI use service includes discovering which tools the team actually uses (shadow AI), drafting the usage policy and training on it. This session is just the training: if you don't need the discovery or the policy —for example, because you already have one— you can contract only the training session.
How much does the session cost?
A 45-90 minute session, online or on-site, starts from a fixed price per group. It is adjusted by number of attendees and whether several sessions are needed across departments. The first scoping call is free.
Do we need to already have an AI usage policy?
It is not required. If one exists, the session builds on it; if not, we give the basic common-sense rules —what never gets pasted, which tools are approved— without needing to wait for the document to be drafted.
Does it work for technical teams that use AI to code?
